Location

Through a generous offering from Broadway Stages and coordination through Greenpoint Waterfront Association for Parks and Planning (GWAPP), we are the proud inhabitants of an interim site from which we and our associated partners run community-based programming: the Broadway Stages Boatyard. This beautiful strip of land, connecting Ash Street on the southern entrance with private access to Newtown Creek on the north, serves as our temporary home,* complete with boat and equipment storage and space to run public events and environmental-remediation projects, the “ED Shed” for environmental education and hosting visiting classes, and boat-building and nautical-craft workshops.
